Return/Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Time limit: within 1 days after payment of the order.

2. Exchange & Returns (if applicable) 
No worries!  Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process. 
We accept a return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return & exchange purchased products within 10 working days from the date on which you received them from https://www.acechair.com/.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without confirm. 
You will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at acechair@hotmail.com.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund arrival time: 
Paypal refund to the account, from the date we received the return. within 5 working days. 
Credit card refund to the account, from the date we received the return. within 5-15 working days.
